God's LAW + LOVE Upheld and Fulfilled:

God's Son came in order for Him to qualify as a special and great Lawyer in God's courtroom. On one hand, as Son of the Father He came to guard God's Law and to correct man's misinterpretations of the Law. On the other hand, as He came in flesh to be like one of us, He has the right to represent us, in every aspect and depth of our life. Most importantly, He went to such an extreme in representing us that He was willing to die (and He did!) for us in upholding and fulfilling God's Law + Love. You cannot sue and punish a dead person any more, can you? Can we find a lawyer on earth who made double efforts in order for us not to loose the case in a court? Was He really such a lawyer? Do we need such a lawyer? Find that out for yourself. |

is a saying that goes like this: "you become what you
eat." Well, this may sound too exaggerating to some
people, but at least it gives us a hint as to how to live
the new life we have
in Lord Jesus. Yes, we need new food.
Not the food we find on earth, but "every
word that comes from the mouth of God" and milk
as a result of man's deep digestion of the
Bible. |

"prowls around like a roaring lion looking for
someone to devour." (1 Peter 5:8) However, it
is a relief to know that Satan cannot devour everyone,
but only the ones who do not treasure Jesus' Blood, those
who are not alert, not resisting, not firm in faith, not
well equiped in God's truth... If all this fails, the devil will try the most crafty one: he will make you think that you are on the right track while you have been, in fact, already off the track! In the biginning, the sway is so subtle that you do not recognize it at all. If you don't listen to God's correction through His Spirit, Word, people and events, each minor step of the sway will add up to a big error! And you still don't see it! How sad it is! Ironically this last trick works on some of the most "devoted" Christians. How can we say this? Well, history proves it well. |
