It is interesting to find traces of the Jewish Passover event in the celebrating of the Chinese New Year: 'FIRST MONTH of the year', 'PASS OVER the YEAR', 'new YEAR lamb CAKE', 'new year RED COUPLET' etc. Did ancient Chinese know this event in the time of Solomon?
